Platform guides
Each guide maps directly to the actual Retrieve workflow so users, admins, and partners understand where actions begin, where they continue, and what outcomes the platform records.
Create an account, verify email, sign in through Retrieve OIDC, complete profile details, and understand how individual, family, organization, SMME, and enterprise access differ.
Register an asset with its unique identifier, attach photos, generate its certificate and QR record, and avoid duplicate serial, IMEI, VIN, or microdot conflicts.
Use the verification channel to confirm whether an asset is recognized, who can operate on it, and how trust evidence is tied to certificates, identity, and history.
Report missing assets, move them into the community wall, match found reports against identifiers, notify owners, and complete recovery through claim and confirmation steps.
List verified assets for sale or as collateral, carry the selected asset into the correct workflow automatically, and keep messaging attached to the commercial record.
Upgrade plans, open hosted checkout, reconcile references, manage seats for family and organization plans, and understand what unlocks after payment.
