Users may not submit false reports, impersonate other individuals, attempt unauthorised ownership claims, harvest personal data, interfere with system security, or use the platform for fraud, abuse, or unlawful trading.

Verification and Cooperation

Users must provide accurate information when registering assets, reporting recovered items, or interacting with ownership verification workflows. Retrieve may suspend or restrict access where activity appears misleading, harmful, or inconsistent with platform rules.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, deny access, and cooperate with lawful investigations where misuse of the service is suspected.
